  I had original windows in my 120 year old house. The difference that adding new windows made is amazing. The team from Window World worked fast and efficiently. I also had them add a sliding door out to a new deck, which transformed a formerly darker addition into a bright, airy room. I'm thrilled with how it all turned out and how quick and professional the team was.

  I paid approximately $8000 for a new front door and in less than 9 months the seal on the door is popping off. I emailed customer service to see if it was covered under warranty. It was not but was told they would reach out to the installer on instructions on how to repair. This was on 12/20/22. I followed up on 12/23/22 and have yet to receive any instructions on repair. So not only is the product sub-par so is the customer service.

  I truly like this company. Their initial sale's visit was great. We priced out our job with 4 companies and Window World's prices were the best. 3 windows, sliding glass door and a new front entrance door. We were told, during the initial sale's visit, in Oct. of ********************************************* Mar. of 2022. GREAT. March comes around and we get a call that the sliding glass door and windows are in. The front entrance door would "be about 2 more weeks". Not a problem. They came and installed the sliding door and 3 windows. Payment was made. 2 weeks go by, I call and leave a message. No call back. Another week goes by, I call again. They tell me that the door still isn't in and should be coming in soon. OK. 3 weeks later I get a call from them, asking me "since the job is complete we would like to send someone over to take pictures of the front entrance area". This is where things started going bad because the front door hasn't been installed yet. At this point blame started going to the manufacturer. After this, days and weeks went by with numerous messages and no call backs. I FINALLY get a call back from *****, the owner, on or around the beginning of June. Explaining to me how unexpectable this is and that he is going to contact the manufacturer directly. After another month our front door was scheduled and was installed on July 18, 2022. During that time we had 2 family get together in April, along with our daughter's wedding party at out home in May. The front door would have looked great for these events. The quality of work was great and the door looks awesome. A simple follow up call from Window World apologizing for the s**** up would be much appreciated.

  Your experience and our suppliers delays were not what anyone would have reasonably expected or hoped for. Combined with poor communication from all directions and those delays, it was challenging and made for a poor experience for your project.In the following months, as the production market and employment markets have stabilized, quality, responsiveness and availability of materials are beginning to normalize. We appreciated the opportunity to provide great work.
