    I strongly advise against using Lauber Tree Service for any residential or commercial needs. Bryce Lauber has proven to be incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest. We contracted his services on September 18, 2023, to remove five trees, including stumps. We met in person, walked through the property, and identified the trees that required attention. He appeared professional at the time, having been recommended by other local businesses, and his pricing was fair, so I decided to proceed with his service. I had to leave town, so I maintained contact with both Bryce and my onsite manager to ensure the work was completed before releasing payment. On October 17, 2023, Bryce repeatedly assured me that only one tree remained, leading me to believe the first four trees were completed, and I released the payment based on that assurance. Regrettably, this was a mistake, compounded by my manager's failure to verify the completion of the work. Upon returning on April 17, 2024, I discovered that two of the five trees were still incomplete and a substantial amount of debris had been left onsite for six months. Despite multiple follow-ups and numerous verbal assurances from Bryce that the work would be completed, the job remains unfinished as of June 20, 2024. This level of service is wholly unacceptable and unprofessional.
