    They did security at Karol Gs concert and everything was so disorganized. 10pm and people still were standing in line trying to get in to see the concert.They kept telling people to go to gate 10 but they didnt even know were gate 10 was! Gave people the run around. Horrible last minute bag policy. Lockers were full and hundreds if not thousands of people had to either throw away their bags or take a risk and hide their bags on the side of the **** just to be allowed to enter the premises. Caused massive delays. Turned away regardless of situation. Paid almost $300 for a concert I didnt even get to see. They have teenagers working as security. No understanding and terrible communication.
