1 starWe booked directly through Hyatt and were called just hours before arrival (while at the airport) to be told our reservation was canceled due to maintenance. No real help was offered, and the manager who promised to call back never did. We later found out from family staying there that the hotel had overbooked. Incredibly unprofessional and stressful experience. Very disappointed.Review fromJoshua G

1 star******** booked me at Hyatt *****************, which was the wrong hotel. I needed to stay at the Hyatt **************, which was close to theWang theater upon trying to cancel one booking and staying at the same hotel but its a different location. They charged me for two rooms and one night they told me it shouldnt be a problem for me changing the booking over because I was staying at the Hyatt hotel still. I did not get this information until later on that evening after I rebooked a new room at another Hyatt Regency location, which was Hyatt Regency Boston so I paid for two bookings in one night.Review fromGina B

1 starJanuary *************************************** bathroom and hears the door opening up to a stranger. Come to find out the front desk gave a stranger a copy of my room key. I approach the front desk and was given there master key to all rooms. Police came apparently the man had a gun. They check things out then leave. The following day I go to manager she has no idea what I'm talking about but says she will have a talk with that employee. Later on I'm late paying my room so they turn off my water in my room and call police to have us trespassed. I called corporate and they told me there's no investigation due to the fact police were involved. It's there front desk fault why police came. Still waiting another resolution from them. 1 starRead before you ******* view was train tracks. The pool is not heated to 85....it was not heated at all .The windows are transparent so you don't have privacy at all....The front desk lies about giving you an upgrade then taking it away because I was there for a convention. The manager words exactly.Lobby looks fancy but everything else is a poor experience.I would not recommend.Review fromMarcin R

1 starMy wife and I stayed at Hyatt Regency between ***** December 2024 in ********** **. Following my Commencement Ceremony we decided to sit at the bar located in the lobby. The bartender *** clearly ignore the fact that we were there and served people that showed up after us. When confronted by my wife, she refused to serve us and called the manager. We explained the situation to the manager who took the bartenders side. Everything was captured on the security cameras. We didnt get any service because we were the only minorities. Ive been an active duty service member for 18 years now and this is the first time we were racially discriminated against and we have been stationed all over the world. There is no place for this type of behavior anywhere and Hyatt management failed to condone it. Im discussed with the way this was handled.Review fromKaitlyn B.

1 starStayed here on the 13th of December and had horrible service. ***** was the worse, this was also for my best friends wedding. On top of $400 spent at the Hyatt breakfast has horrible and the list goes on! What a way to run my best friends night on there wedding night! When I complained to customer service they said they CC ******* which was management because she was in a meeting and she would call us. Never receive one phone call or email. Not to mention my best friends mom is top tier rewards members. They do not care about you regardless! Dont ever ever ever waste your money here. I am easy to please and Im telling you this experience all the way around was horrible! Sad to say my best friends had a bad wedding night!Review fromAdesuwa G.

1 starWe stayed at this hotel for our family reunion in August this year, it was a big mistake. I got bitten by BED BUG my 2 cousins from ****** was also bitten because we shared my room the first night before they moved to their room the next day. Only one elevator worked, and the one that work was always so crowded with other guest. My little nephew, his siblings and his Dad were stocked in the elevator because that elevator was obviously over worked and I was told by front desk that it will be fixed on Monday. I spoke to ***** ******* one of the Manager there, and she said she was going to send someone to check my room for BED BUG and she will get back to me. But she never did. Each time I call and ask for her ext I was told she was moved to another department. This is a horrible place to stay, don't let the pictures on the internet fool you.Review fromSid B

1 starHyatt ****************************/*************, *****--The website advertises a restaurant, ***********." The website writes about the delicious Chicken Caesar Salad, the Turkey Pesto Sandwich, and other delights. I called up to find out the hours of the restaurant only to learn that "No, we don't have that restaurant anymore. It's more like a grab-and-go. We need to update our website." In short, this reputable brand is engaging in overt false advertising.Review fromandrea p

1 starwe booked my 55th birthday trip through ********************** in march of 2023 at a resort named ********************* resort and spa , all inclusive for an oceanFRONT room for june 13-19,2023. $3300 trip. At no time during the reservation process were the owners of the resort discussed. I received a notice that the above mentioned resort would no longer be affiliated with Hyatt worldwide anymore. I was to be moved to Dreams aventuras in a deluxe ocean VIEW room. upon arrival to the dreams aventuras, we were given a room overlooking the pool. the next day, we were shown a room on the 4th floor, on the ocean side but overlooking palm trees, no ocean in site. the staff stated that they knew that we wouldnt like it!! the resort's beach was blocked off with rocks and the water let in only came up to your ankles. it was my dream trip to have an oceanfront room and stay up late listening to the waves, not to stay at a hyatt property. I didnt care who owned ********, i paid for an oceanfront room. nowhere on the ********************** website does it tell you who owns which resorts, nor does it ask you whether it matters. my trip was ruined by the resort on a pseudo beach, by a company that does not advertise that it is owned by hyatt. i have used the site before and have never had anything so horrible done to me. no refunds or compensation were given when calls were placed to complain. the entire experience was a nightmare. please petition for ********************** to disclose on the website that they are owned by hyatt so that the customers may make informed decisions.Review fromDeborah H

1 starStayed at this hotel which was assigned to us through MONSTER RESERATIONS, and they promotion we signed up to a few years ago. Everything seemed ok, it was pretty obvious from the moment we entered the hotel it was in need of a renovation, but looked clean enough from the naked eye.Our room was very out dated and the carpets were rippled up and a tripping hazard if you were not looking at where you were walking. Monster Reserations vacation stay was four nights and we choose ********* ********* for our vacation and Monster choose the Hyatt House ********* at ***********After our third night stay I and my party were not feeling well and started having stomach problems. Not sure of what was going on since it was all of us having the same issues, maybe something we ate?, but again we all ate different meals. On our last night stay, I was in the washroom brushing my teeth and notice the water wasn't going down the drain as quickly as it should be, so I pulled the sink plug out and that's when our nightmare began. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The sink plug was full of BLACK MOLE, so bad it was definitely a health hazard. So....wonder we all were having stomach problems, and my chest felt heavy from breathing in this mole for days. As I walked into the living area I also notice something on the carpet looked like a beetle but later found out it was a dead cockroach. That was it, I called the front desk and they could only put us into a new room, so we moved only to find Black Mole in the second room. Hotel was full so the rude manager told us with no.....concern about our health and safety to go to a different hotel. We had no choice but to stay with concerts and hockey game Nashville was full. We just put a towel over the sink plug so no mole spores could go airborne, and used the kitchen sink k to wash our faces and brush our teeth since this was our last night stay in hotel from H***
