    The watch took a while to get here. Once it came, not only did it not work, but the directions were all in another language that I did not understand. The watch did not charge at all even though I had it on the charger for over 8 hours. I got ahold of the company many times. The only way to receive a refund, according to the company, is to send pictures of the watch, and a 30 second video describing the issue. I had to buy a program to make the video smaller, but that is not the issue. The last time I spoke to them, via email, was on 10/21/2024. They had explained that it was in the refund department. This watch is a scam. I want to return the watch, receive a full refund. I have been very patient. The watch instructions, as I have stated, was in a language that I did not understand.
