  2019 someone stole my money order from blue box and erased landlord names and mines and put a complaint with the supervisor and supervisor did all the paper work to get my refund and I never got my refund..THEY DONT DESERVED NO START..

  Had the worst experience ever sending a ************** where the receiver (customer) was given the biggest runaround. The disrespectful cashier told the sender the transaction had been canceled. Upon confirming with ************* was told that the funds were picked up at the exact time the receiver requested to pick up the money. The Cashier refused to offer any further assistance and checked a second time, and said there was not a record of the transaction at all. The ************* Fraud department requested to talked with the cashier and then advised the receiver to return in 24 hours. Over the next three days, the receiver went to the location to collect the money, but was ignored service and without any regard to the missing *************. Nor did they make any reasonable effort to investigate the missing funds. We have used this location for several years and have put up with bad service on several accounts. Its plainly obvious that they only ************* about servicing the Hispanic population. The staff there are unprofessional, rude and very disrespectful and I will take my business elsewhere for this is clearly what the staff wants. Unfortunately it took several calls to ************* fraud department and four daily visits to this location before finally getting the funds. I will never do business with this PLS location again. So unless youre looking for a horrible customer service experience, take this as a warning to avoid PLS Check Cashiers on ************ in **** **, for they do not want your business if youre non-Hispanic.

  I have a receipt for a cashier's check wanted to get cash load my card to pay bills on most of the money these idiots said 24 hours and then change it after I waste my time 24 hours they're open and they can't f****** do it with the receipt give me a break stop hiring your cousin's a******* and changing it to 48 hours jerks farce of a company can't even cash a personal check so much non-customer service a******* worthless fars of a company
