  This company was removing some trees from my neighbor across the street. I approached him and asked if he would like to do an estimate for me. He came over to my house and I informed him that I wanted a tree removed and my 3 front yard trees trimmed. He quoted me a price of $1500 which I was pretty happy with. I told him i would let him know later that week. Later that same day, He came back to the house and told me that he had another job in collinsville on May 3rd and he would do my work for $1000, I immediately accepted this estimate and told him to put me on that schedule. I phoned him on May 2, he confirmed that he would be here on the third. There was a little rain on the third and he did not show up, did not communicate in any way. I waited for a couple of days. I phoned him the 6th, and he told me"he had "been by and left a message with my neighbor" ?? He said he would get back with me later that day and let me know when he come do the work. He did not call me that day, so I called him back on May 9th, after excusing or forgetting he had told me he would get back with me, he told me he would be there on May 12. On May 12, I texted to see when I could expect him. He replied "5mins" and ghosted me, he did not show up, he did not respond to a further text and to this date has not communicated in any way.

  The phone number that I was communicating with is listed on this company’s website. They have now since finished the work.  The communication and execution of work was haphazard. I will never deal with this company again, and I will encourage everyone to avoid them. They did not do what they said they were going to do in a timely manner, ended up paying more than they had quoted me. Ridiculous!  No one should operate a business this way.
