      Ive been trying to cancel my services with (waste management of *************** since last October. They said that my contract wasnt up til December 2024. They did email me a form to fill out and to get notarized to follow up with the cancellation process. Ive emailed the information back to the person but my service is still not canceled nor have I gotten a call back. Ive left numerous emails and the customer service line is non existent. I know longer need the services of WM due to having no residence living at the address of service. ( ********************************************* )I will attach the form they emailed me as proof. I am aware of a past due fee. I will pay it once I know my service will be canceled moving forward. Please resolve this issue sooner than later.Thank you for your time.

      I have had MANY issues with this trash company. They raise fees without notice. Don't pick up my trash at least once a month. I want to cancel my service! They are now trying to charge me a restart free which I never knew my pick up stopped. I refuse to pay this fee as I am switching companies! I will pay my bill minus this fee. I have paid my bill monthly and I have the proof!
