    Looked up a car history for $1.00, company has charges my credit card $23.95 on 12/07/2022 & 11/28/2022 that I did not sign up for. Company also charged me $1.00 & $0.95 on 11/28/2022, I'm disputing the $0.95. Account number *************

    I purchased a VIN number history for $1.00 on Sept. 24 2022. They billed me that and a monthly subscription for $23.94 which I did not sign up for. When I contacted them they did cancel the monthly subscription but I had already been billed $23.94 They said they would refund but didn't. When I called their customer support, it is a 3rd party company that just "reaches out to them". I called many times. I have emailed around 8 times. They always respond that it has been refunded and for me to wait 3 to 5 business days but I never receive the refund. My credit card company did credit the amount but never went after RM Auto History for the refund. I don't think they should get away with this unfair practice so am now contacting you to see if you can get the refund and I will reimburse my credit card company. I have all of the emails and their reply if you want them.
