      I work from home and have a small business- OMNI MANAGED Care. On October 19, 2021, I contacted Shred-it to have boxes of records destroyed. I signed the agreement to have work done but no one ever contacted me for pick up. I have enclosed the agreement I signed and the email to the company. I am receiving a **** for services that Shred-it never provided nor did they contact me to set up. I emailed them in November...also included...to see if they were coming to pick records up but never heard from them. Now I am receiving a **** for $233. I contacted them but they will not remove this amount from my account. I am not paying for something they did not do. The customer # is **********. The **** is enclosed as well. I spoke with and agent and a supervisor today about this. I have used this service previously and was satisfied with their service. I know that I have signed for pick up when they have been here before, so I am not sure how they are billing for something they haven't done.

      We originally requested a cancellation from Stericycle **** of services and to have our containers removed in December, 2021. We have since made numerous attempts to reach the corporation and have products removed but continue to get billed and nobody shows up to remove the containers. We are in the process of moving and have been dealing with this for several months now without being assisted.Our customer accounts are as follows *********************
