    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lion Tools regarding a faulty product and poor customer service. I purchased a 3/4" Dr 70 - 700 Ft Lbs Hytorc Bluetooth Cordless Torque Wrench - LIONGUN-0.7 BSM from a third-party company. The product was extremely defectiveit overheated within one minute of use, making it unsafe, and had exposed sharp parts that posed a danger to anyone using it.Upon contacting the third-party seller, they confirmed that the defects were due to a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately, the tool was so hazardous that I had to dispose of it to prevent any accidents. Over the past few months, I have tried multiple times to reach out to Lion Tools directly for assistance. Each time, I was assured that the issue would be resolved, yet nothing has been done. I have been ignored despite being a loyal customer of Lion Tools for over 15 years.I am requesting immediate action to address this situation, whether through a replacement tool or an appropriate resolution. As a long-time customer, I expect better service and respect from a company Ive supported for so long.

    Hello, my company, Lion Tool and ******* is not the ******************** that is referred to in the complaint, and we have no association with the ******************** or the "Bluetooth Cordless Torque Wrench" that is the subject of the complaint. Lion Tool and ******* is a manufacturer of commercial trim die tools sold only to industrial buyers such as die cast companies, and we do not make any products sold to consumers. Please remove this complaint from our records since we are not the company involved in the dispute.
