      Summary: Don't trust them. There are plenty of **** repair companies. Avoid this one, and find one that will treat you with respect and act with integrity. Asked their technician to come out to perform an inspection and provide a report for potential home buyers. They failed to provide the service and have failed to follow up on phone calls and emails. The report was a simple invoice with notes. This would have been acceptable except for the report containing notes contradicting the verbal report the technician gave. They added notes such as "could crack any day" and "recommend replacement" immediately after noting the **** system was in good condition. I don't appreciate their effort to gain business at my expense, their dishonesty adding notes to the report they never discussed verbally during their inspection, or their lack of customer service. These issues were shared with them in an attempt to resolve them and they have not responded (phone or email) since they said they would get back to me over a month ago. They do not care about addressing customer concerns or following through on the service they promise.

      Do not use this company!! we had Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning to our residence on Feb. 19, 2024. We had a leak in the water heater that they installed in 2017. The technician said that the leak was in an odd location and that they would look into getting us a warranty repair. Failing that, I also asked for a quote for a replacement. A week later on 2/26, they hadn't called us back, so I called them. They said they were still trying to figure out a warranty repair. This morning our water heater failed and I called again, their answer was to "call Best Buy." there was nothing they could do. They never gave me a quote, never called back between 2/26 and 3/14. They basically ghosted us. We had done business with them for over a dozen years and broke that trust in about five minutes. Terrible service. Terrible. They don't deserve 1 star.
