    Pushed me to hurry and get a procedure done before the end of the year to take advantage of annual benefits, which I did. They billed me for more than what they quoted me so my insurance ended up paying the annual limit and I ended up with an almost $700 bill. Then they didn't notify me of any outstanding balance until April. I called them and they stated they were sending text messages since January. I have the text message chain and there is nothing mentioning an outstanding balance until 4/8/24. I complained that they notified me less than a month ago and now they want to send to collections. I also called their office prior and notified them I would be making monthly payments and all they said was ok. But when I called their collections department today they informed me they do not do monthly payments. All in all, very predatory and poor business practice.
