    This business used my identity to withdraw from my checking account without my authorization. They claim that I called them to request their service, but this is incorrect. They cannot provide me any documentation to authorize withdrawal from my checking account. There is none. On attempting to retrieve the money I was told that "a supervisor will call you back within 30 minutes," but there was no follow-up call. From the way my call to them was handled, it was clear that this is likely repeated fraudulent business practice.

    Evidently I received a phone call offering a gift card. Obviously, I said "Yea". I do not remember such a call!!! I had just opened a new checking account 02/01/2023 and before I knew it, there have been 4 Checks paid by my bank. $3.49 on 02/13/2023 $4.95 on 02/15.2023 $2.95 on 02/23/2023 $34.99 on 02/23/2023 I did not authorize these checks and want a refund to my checking account & whatever service they are offering, I DO NOT want to be contacted by them! I can not figure out how they got my NEW checking account information.Thank you in advance!
