    I placed order # **** with them for one headache hammock for $39.95 on 7/14/22. They charged my credit card immediately for $39.95. They sent a confirmation email with the order number and said they would notify when it shipped. I waited and waited. Never got any shipping notification. I started emailing them asking if it was backordered or what. No response from them. After my forth or fifth email, I rec'd one back saying they show it shipped so they would put a tracer on that and ship me another. However, I never rec'd anything.(never rec'd any shipping notice, ever!) I emailed several more times, usually once a week, but no more responses back. I have told them that now I am tired of waiting and I just want my money refunded but they will not even respond at all.

    This is to inform you that my complaint has been resolved. They have issued me credit back on my credit card. Thank you so much for your help. I am sure I would not have received it without your help as I could not get them to even return my emails! I really appreciate you at the BBB.
