    I purchased 5 large boxes @$22.35 each. I packed what I needed and only used 2. I called and asked if I could return the unused ones, I was told I could not. I WAS NOT INFORMED WHEN I MADE MY PURCHASE! I tried to talk to them and I was told emphatically NO I COULD NOT RETURN THEM. Not a customer service friendly business. NEVER AGAIN!transaction 8/22/22 total purchase $118.46

    Wer do not refunds on ANY packaging materials/boxes and have it posted at each register and tell the customers at timne of purchase.Thishas been our policy for 15 years .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was absolutely NOT INFORMED OF THIS POSICY when I made my purchase. When I called and asked to return the unused 23 dollar boxes the manager told me she would make sure that clerks made that admonishment in the future.
