    I had great service with my computer problems here at this shop. They completed repairs quickly and helped with questions my wife and I had regarding what had happened to our computer. They also did some upgrading for us as our computer was just a bit of an "older" model !! The upgrades were very reasonable and they even gave us help on how to better hook up our system. Very much recommend this shop

    AVOID THEM! I took in my MacBook Pro in July and only now in November received an unassembled, non-working shell. The "spinning wheel of death" was occurring last summer, prompting me to have my machine repaired. When I was first told it was corrected, I went to pick up the machine - only to learn the keyboard no longer worked. I was told they could install a new keyboard. I had to call several times to learn how things were progressing, only to hear excuses after excuses why the computer was not repaired. Eventually I was told they could not repair the keyboard. When I went to get the machine, I was told the machine was still unassembled. After another several phone calls and visits to the store, and after more excuses, I finally asked to just come pick up the machine so I could try elsewhere. They returned my computer, without a battery, and still unassembled. The screws are not even in place! I understand there were some health issues - for which I am sorry. But not even a simple phone call in over four months? They never took initiative to contact me - I had to do that. I was left with only questions and a worse situation then when I first began. Caveat emptor, folks!On a funny note, when I finally got my computer back, they announced, "Well, at least we're not charging you."Really? Are you serious?
