I canceled my payroll reporting services with this company in November 2024, with a follow up email on December 2, 2024; they acknowledged this email and said they would close my accounts. No mention was made of any pending charges or services. On December 31, 2024 I was charged $150.00 by this company for payroll reporting services, after this account was supposed to be closed. After several weeks of attempted contact about this issue, I was told that this was their standard practice, to charge for and finish filing for the last quarter of the year, however, no tax documents were filed on my behalf despite being charged the full amount.I was charged without any service in return and they are not returning my emails or phone calls other than one email over one week ago.I am concerned they will continue to draft my bank account every quarter because they have my bank information. I am a small child care business and do not have extra funds available to fight this fraudulent charge or feel that I should need to pay a bank fee to stop future payments.

    To Whom It May Concern,
The email from you was the first data that had been sent to me from BBB.  ********************** had been in contact this *****.  She was to get back with us per an email sent to her to ensure that she had not performed a stop on the *** payment.  We do have email correspondence to show that we had tried to get her to respond as well if you need this information to clear the complaint.  The dollars were returned to her 2/26/25 per an *** deposit into her account and ***** is supposed to clear this complaint with the BBB as she had responsibility in this process of informing us.  Please let me know if I need to do anything further to clear this complaint.
