      I paid my final bill for my ATC account at the ******* office. I have recently found that the sent me to collections although I paid my bill in full. I had a relatives that worked there that were in family and former friends that had personal disputes with at the time and I believe that I was sent to collection maliciously by their office staff for personal reasons. This account continues to show up on my credit report and affects my ability to find housing.

      The account in question still has an unpaid balance.  Once the account is paid in full, it will be reported to the credit agencies.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have text messages proof that your agent states the rent form was submitted in November. Now your company freely admits your agent lied and my rent form is being held hostage for payments not received. I left and got a refund because the agent lied and never turned it in.

      This response was to a different case. My issue with ATC is that I did pay my final bill and the credit was never placed on my account. I paid at the *********** through the drop box. You waited long enough to send me to collections that the bank no longer has records for me to pull.
