    We hired ***** ******, an architect, on September 25, 2024, for a residential project. The contract we signed stipulated specific deliverables, and ***** also assured us outside of the formal agreement that our project would be completed within two weeks. This assurance was a critical factor in our decision to hire him. We paid ***** $1,800 for his services.Issues:Failure to Adhere to Timeline:***** explicitly stated that our project would take two weeks to complete. It has now been several months since the contract was signed, and the project remains incomplete. His inability to meet the promised timeline has caused significant delays in our plans.Inconsistent Communication:Throughout this process, communication from ***** has been sporadic and unprofessional. Despite numerous attempts to contact him via email and phone, his responses have been delayed, vague, or completely absent. In recent weeks, he has stopped responding altogether.Incomplete Deliverables:***** has failed to complete a key component of the project, which is now preventing us from moving forward with our build. We have requested either the completion of this component or a formal release so we can hire another professional to finish the work. ***** has not responded to these requests, leaving us in a state of limbo.Unfulfilled Services:Given the incomplete nature of ******* work, we believe he has not fulfilled the terms of our agreement. We have not received the level of service that was promised, nor the quality of work expected.This situation has caused us significant stress and financial inconvenience. Attached are copies of our contract, email correspondence, and any other relevant documentation to support our complaint.
