  I called this company and somebody answered the phone and I said I would like a downspout added to the house. I said I would wait till I have a day off and he said you don't have to we can do it during while you are at work and I asked him how much it would cost he said $250. I said that would be good. I said I will give you my address and you can take a look to see where to put the downspout at. He said oh my son goes to West High and that's by your house I will stop by and take a look. He did not at all tell me it would be weeks if I knew it would be weeks I would not have kept calling them but he did not tell me at all that it would be weeks so I kept calling and no answer and I kept leaving voicemails. I finally said I'm going to put something in Better Business Bureau. They did not at all tell me that they would not do the downspout. That's what they are saying like I said I would not kept calling if they told me it would been weeks. Then I get a text about you should have never left a message at the Better Business Bureau. This is the message he left me on my text. He said it was absolutely ridiculous that I left a message with the Better Business Bureau and he said that he never told me that he would do it. If I see a business at the Better Business Bureau because I trust them but then all this happens where they don't tell the truth. I would be lying to the Lord Jesus Christ if this was not true. They at all never told me they would not do nothing for me and they never told me it would be weeks. Like I said I would never call them I would have waited for weeks.
