    Date of Transaction: Mar 23, 2023 contract was signed for purchase and installation of windows with Legacy Home Improvements Amount of Money: $6,000 deposit Nature of Dispute: Breach of contract due to inexcusable delay I have contacted the business for an installation date/timeline since May 18, 2023. Recorded at least 36 attempts. The business office will not return a call and email does not work. Attempted contact with our salesman (***********************) for an installation date throughout this time. He has been unable to give us one as well, no longer works for the business and said we should be concerned about our job getting completed. On July 18, I contacted **** (owner) in the afternoon as he did not contact me as stated. **** replied through text that he is the individual that sets scheduling. He wants to be able to give me correct information. Stated lots of setbacks transitioning from the new owners. I stopped at the place of business on Friday, July 21 to find that LHI was evicted several months ago and the business website is no longer connected to the server. On Jul 25, 2023 I sent a text message as the mailbox continues to be full. I asked if the windows would be installed by August 15. If not, when? Stated that we would be satisfied with a refund of our $6,000 and canceled contract, so that we may move forward with someone else in replacing our windows.
