    *************************** of Boa Safra AG **************), was to provide me with an information sheet required by my accountant for ************* I have been waiting for this since April 2024 to hear from them. On July 2nd I emailed ******* about updating me on the progress of his work. It seems they dropped the ball. He sent a form to me through email but I was not able to download to my phone. I requested him to mail this form to me. He first claimed to mail the form on July 7th. After not receiving it for several days I emailed him to let him know. He then said I mailed it on July 9th but I will send another one out to you and verified my address which was correct. After several days of not getting that I contacted him by phone on July 22nd after 4:30 p.m. and requested him to overnight the paper so I would have it by the 24th. Nothing came today by mail. I called him to again today and left voicemail and told him that I was reporting him to Better Business Bureau. This company is holding up a tax refund for me by not providing the information nor completing their work. I want them to contact me, send me the appropriate information, and finish their job. I certainly hope they do not charge full price for this poor service

    I've reviewed your complaint to the BBB and we regret that you have been frustrated with sending in your crop and fertilization records to us.  We do need to collect this information from you before we can provide you an accurate report on your farm.  I've asked our team to engage with you over the phone and collect the information directly - we will forego using the form you have been unable to download and have not received when mailed.  Please watch for a call from Boa Safra Ag, and we will do our best to expedite your report with the needed crop and fertilizer information from you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I'm getting conflicting information. *************************** did contact me today in regards to this matter. He said someone would be in touch with me to get soil samples but he also told me they did not need the crop and fertilization information from me. ******* stated that he got the information he needed from **** at ************************* accounting firm that I have been working with. I still don't know how Safra is getting this information since I have not shared it with ****. Their response tells me I still need to provide this information, but was told on the phone it was not needed. Which is correct?
