      I called 3 times and left messages each time (3/29, 4/17 & 5/5) to try and get someone to come out and look at an issue we are having after our roof was replaced by Firstcall in June of 2020. To date still no call back!

      The homeowner is correct and did call the office three times. We have it in our notes that she called. The notes were passed along to the correct people but were not followed up with. Firstcall dropped the ball as we have been overwhelmed with the recent hail storms. We just reached out and left a message. We currently have a technician in route to her house to walk the roof and look for any issues that need to be addressed. Sorry for any frustration we have caused you.
