    I am totally disgusted by this company. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I asked for a new machine and compensation for monies lost in an nonfuctioning machine. Nobody from the company has tried to make this right. In good faith I put down a down payment and entered a finance agreement for a brand new fully functioning machine. On 10/23/23 the machine was delivered to ******************* in *******. It has been two weeks and one day and the vending machine is not working. People are complaining to the director of the hospital and I know I will lose this contract that has a conditional clause of three months. I sent a letter to the CEO,CMO as well as the finance department and TSA vending. I am convinced that nobody cares as I have only heard from *** from TSA. The other company is non responsive in this whole situation. Everyday that machine is not working my reputation is being ruined. This will also ruin your reputation as I have people watching what happens to me. I have had potential customers that wanted a vending machine to do business with but I can't comfortably recommend any of these companies, as I don't want Anyone to go through what I'm going through! I will take this another step. If my reputation is ruined I will make it my duty to ruin yours! I'm a small black owned female owned business that has been taken advantage of by millionaires. Sounds like a good headline to me.
