    Where to start, the ** was exactly what I expected until I started getting black screens while gaming, and eventually a full crash with the fans spinning at 100%. I was told via ****** Support to ship it back in and asked about cost of shipping, to which they responded they would reimburse me for. I received a credit for the $150 cost when I sent it in the first time.3 weeks later I get my ** back and it works as expected. It crashes again less than a month after I received it back they state they will ask for my ** to be replaced when they receive it. This time shipping costs $550 which is outrageous, I can't control what ***** charges if I'm not provided a label. Which I am told is what should've happened the day my computer was delivered after I had sent it back for repairs the second time.****** explained I should've been provided a shipping label, to which I email them about how I was never given that option until after the computer was delivered.***** responds a couple days later with a screenshot stating they're not responsible for shipping costs. I respond showing how this conflicts with their policy on the ****** website where I purchased the ** from. He says I am not responsible and should've given me a shipping label to send it back since it only costs them $35. If that was the case why didn't I get provided a shipping label the first time? He says the *** will negotiate a solution as they will not pay the shipping cost, but not if negative reviews are being posted. I delete my reviews, and have yet to receive a response about any sort of next steps. I don't know if they will even be sending back my ** as I have not received confirmation it was sent back.
