    This is a garbage pick up company. When my elderly mother (88 yrs old currently) she was informed that she had to have her trash down to the end of her driveway by 1:00 PM each Thursday and it would be picked up by approximately 4:00 PM. This deadline has been met consistently, despite the fact that her driveway is approximately the length of a football field. Several times the bags have been put at the end of drive next to the mailbox by no later than 10:30 AM and not picked up. Today, the bags placed out at the end of the drive at approximately 10:45 AM on Thursday, 01/19/23 is still sitting out at the end of the driveway. When I called on my mother's behalf to see why the garbage had not been picked up, the woman who answered the phone was rude and informed me (her daughter) it must be my or my mother's fault it was not picked up. At this point, it is probably frozen to the ground so if they pick it up they will just make a mess. Luckily no animals have torn into the bags as yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I now understand why they lost the business they had with the City of Colfax.
