On 12/10/2024, **** ******** from McClure inspected our property in **************************. He was only granted access under the condition that we receive copies of all associated reports or inspections he conducted. As of January 31, 2025 we have yet to receive the reports. As such Mr. ******** accused our property under false pretenses. We insist that he destroy and dispose of all records related to our property and refrain from sending it to third parties, without our express authorization.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/24/2025

Mr. ********** filed an insurance claim with his insurance provider. Insurance claims require the property owner to allow access to their property to view the claimed damage. We, structural engineers, were hired through a third party to inspect Mr. ************ property. We corresponded with both Mr. ********** and his property management company to gain access to the property. That correspondence is attached. At no time was there an agreement that we could only enter the property if we shared our report. We would never agree to that because Mr. ********** was not our client. You'll note that Mr. ********** provided no evidence of such an agreement. We submitted our report to our client before Mr. ********** reached out with his aggressive communication. We have no control on their releasing or not releasing their report.

I am rejecting this response because as per the correspondence, access to the property was only allowed if we received a copy of the report. The firm lied to us saying we'd get a copy, when they had no intention of providing it. Please ensure the report is either provided or destroyed and not distributed to anyone.

    Sincerely,
