I had new gutters and gutter leaf guards installed on my home on 4/21/22. Although I have not made a formal complaint to the company about the initial workmanship, the installers were VERY sloppy. They left multiple pieces of bare metal laying all over the ground and left personal trash as well. The thing that worried me most about the job was that the shingles of the roof were pulled away from the structure of the roof in multiple places. This has left gaps between the roof and the shingles of anywhere between 1" and 3". I am very concerned about how this might cause wood rot to my underlayment sheeting of the roof. I am also concerned about the potential for ice dams this winter! Also, when we had recent rains, water was just pouring over the edge of the gutters and not draining as promised.I contacted ********************* at All Eastern Iowa Gutter on July 7 about this. She responded on July 8 asking for pictures, which I sent on July 9. I have yet to hear any further communication from her or anyone from the company. I sent another message on July 12 asking if she got my pictures and what the status was. I still have not received a response.I want someone to come out and fix my roof properly and make sure the gutters will drain properly instead of running over the edge.

We have been discussing the situation first with the salesman then the installers. The salesman is going to the house on Monday to assess the situation and what needs to be addressed. I have reached out to the homeowner via e-mail.
