Contracted with Atlas on September 12, *************************************** connection with dissolution of marriage.I explained to Mr. ******* that I am a 30 year financial professional, with an MBA and that I have specific expertise and experience in business ************ the time of the engagement, the opposing party had offered a valuation of $300,000 and I believed then the value of the business was significantly more than that ********** ******* did not pursue specific areas of valuation as I requested and told my attorney that I was spending dollars to chase *********** ******* presented an initial valuation of $200,000, which is $100,000 LESS than opposing party proposed. When asked for a basis for this amount, Mr. ******* said that a standard revenue multiple for this type of business resulted in this amount. From April 4th to May 9th, 2024 ******************** was entirely non-response to repeated requests for meeting, status updates on the valuation requests. During this time, I was repeatedly contacted by the billing office of Atlas and they tried, without result to arrange a meeting with Mr. ******* or even have Mr. ******* respond to their communication *********** this time, I am still being billed by Atlas $7,709.71.I believe Mr. ******* did not put forth any meaningful effort into this valuation. He certainly did not do as I asked. I have not engaged with Atlas or Mr. ******* and did not receive anything from them which I have or could be used in the business valuation process. On my own, I have presented a valuation of $450,000 which the opposing party has accepted as a starting point for negotiating against their $300,000. Both of these amount being substantially higher than the $200,000 proposed by Mr. ********
