      Late, or no, trash pickup on a regular basis. They absolutely do not send out text messages to inform of late pickups, or changes in schedules. On a couple occasions, we were told by the person returning our phone call, that the driver said our trash can was not at the road!!! This is a blatant lie. It was placed in the same place it always is. Also, was informed once that they would schedule an emergency pickup due to missing the scheduled pickup, no such pickup happened. We pay quarterly $35/mo. for a scheduled service and too regularly do not receive this service.

      After reviewing customers account, we show only two incidents where customer called in to report issues since beginning service in 2022. Customer called on Monday January 29th to report that their container was missed the previous Friday. CSR noted that customer did not want to place container out the night before and customer cancelled service at that time. FCS does send out text messages any time a route is delayed and we have verified by our texting software's "delivered" report that messages were successfully delivered to the main phone number that we have on file for customer's account any time a route was delayed. Customer was paid up until February 1st, **** and cancelled their service on January 29th. Container was collected on 2/7/****. Customer did not ever pay $35/mo. Customer paid $84 per quarter, which equates to $28/mo. No refund will be issued as there is no prepayment for February-April service. Attached is a copy of unpaid February-April invoice showing no prepayments have been collected from customer.

      They continue to be late picking up the trash every single week 2 or 3 days late but yet they take your money for 3 months payment..every week they have an excuse... I will be disputing this on my credit card and I don't want their service anymore!!!

      Our routes have run behind for several weeks due to truck issues and shortage of personnel- text message notifications are sent out each time this occurs to let the customer know when the truck will be there. Garbage is still collected each week, but the pick up day has varied due to the previously listed issues. A refund was provided to this customer and account was closed on October 3rd after customer called and aggressively cussed at our customer service representative.

      We have been so tolerant of this company. Our entire neighborhood has given up on this company because of their horrible service, but we just kept hoping they would stand up and become better.

      We appreciate your business and please know that any service related issues were not caused by lack of trying. We have had multiple truck and personnel issues recently and finding replacement parts as well as employees is not as easy task post covid. We do however strive to keep all customers notified of any route delays via text messages any time we are running behind. We are apologize for the inconvenience this has caused for you, but again we work hard to keep all customers informed of issues that prevent us from picking up on the day we are scheduled.       We pay monthly for services provided by FC sanitation. Our trash was not picked up for 3 weeks. When I spoke to ***********************, she said we would get a refund for the services that they did not do. Our trash was picked up last week and then they did not show up again today!! Absolute c*** company!
