    We absolutely love ******** and Naturals 2 go. We didnt just buy a machine, we bought an entire support staff. From locating to coaching on how to be successful in this business, they helped every step of the way. I never feel abandoned or like Im on my own. They really make you feel like youre part of a much larger team. Your success is shared success.

    The customer service department is sub-par. Very slow to respond. Very seldom do they return calls. They do not send out replacement parts in an expediate manner. A customer will have to continually follow up to make sure the parts have been sent. They are quick to sell you equipment and very slow on the follow up. We purchased machines 3 years ago, at the 2.5 year, **** we are having to repaint the interior of the machines they sold us due to rust. The company I have been using to do these repaints told me that the manufacturer did not clean the material properly before Powder Coating the security door, compressor cover, and corresponding metal. These are expensive machines built to low quality.
