    I started a contract with this storage company in March of 2023. By May of 2023 they increased the rent to $109. By November they increased the rent again by $50. No notification no explanation. My contract says I’m supposed to pay $118. After further researching this company and going over my initial contact, I found they do this often to all customers without any notification. For a 5x10 unit, which is what I have, the price is $74 per their online site. But once you move in they price gouge and claim it’s to increase their employee hourly rates. I don’t even have an updated contract explaining the rate increase. Also per ** ***** ***, the increase can not be more than 50% within the same year which they violated since my contract started in March and I had an increase in July and January of the initial contract. The resolution that I am looking for is a refund/ billing credit of overly priced rent starting from November up to now and to pay what is advertised when I signed up! I also am having a legal team look over the contract to see if I can take legal action.

Virtual Manager could not find the Reservation , and wanted to charge me 170 a month, so the kinda got it corrected and pro rate a change, for the rest of July. Gave a unit number but incorrect access code. I go to the unit and latch was all bent up like it was broken into and unit door would not open. Maintenance to me to go back to the virtual Manager and request a different unit so they gave me a different unit and charge for for that one so not they have charged my bank account 125 dollars , several attempts and phone calls to heard the same answer i put in a request for the property manager to givr you a call NO Live Person here so it's a waste of time This is a scam I going to put in a complaint with the BB So beware Look at that bended latch they tried to straighten it out but would you feel safe renting a locker that looks like it was broken into
