      I came to Savannah this past weekend and rented a party bus through Image is Everything to take us from Tybee to Savannah Friday night and then back to Tybee. I paid for half of it on their website when I booked the ride and then was asked to Venmo the other half to a personal Venmo account (directly to L**** ******). I booked the ride originally in March and had contacted L**** multiple times to change our pick up time from 4:00 to 5:00 pm ET in order to make our reservation in Savannah by 5:30. L**** asked me to try and change my reservation at the restaurant to 6:00 to account for traffic but I was unable to make that work with the restaurant. L**** confirmed with me Friday morning I would be picked up at 5:00 pm and I paid him the remaining balance that was owed to his personal Venmo account ($182). Friday at 5:00 pm passed, and I had not received a call or text from either the driver or L****. I called L**** who called the driver (*******) who then let me know he was 25 minutes away due to traffic. I immediately cancelled the ride and L**** told me over the phone and on text I would be getting a refund. I attempted to contact him numerous times over the weekend making sure I would be refunded in full but received texts like "today is family day" or simply no response. I have only been refunded half of the money and have now been told that because it was my mistake for booking at 4:00 pm originally they would only refund half of my money. I was never picked up by ******* ** ***** and they were not able to make the 5:00 pick up time work. I also wasn't notified that they were running behind in advance so was forced to quickly look for expensive Uber rides to make our reservation. I've provided some screenshots of texts between myself and L**** that were pretty hostile/aggressive. In simple terms, I paid for something up front that I didn't receive and would just like my refund and maybe to help the next traveller to Savannah not make the same "mistake" I did.
