      I purchased a new Townhouse at *************** in ********** and it came with an *** system pre-installed which was not working correctly, it kept dropping the signal which caused the system to constantly go off all hours of the day and night disturbing me. As such I decided to switch to ****** who offered a direct Buyout and have had no issues since. Vivint provided me with the exact cost I would have to give *** for the buyout up to that date and I have been trying to contact the Authorized Dealer Representative, *********************** with Protech Security Company Dealer No: ******** who has not been returning my calls and I'm being told that she's NEVER available not matter what time of day I call and leave a message. It seems like she is the ONLY person I can complete this Buyout with and each day that passes increases the balance of the buyout on my account with *** which I'm sure she knows thereby making it so much that I would choose to keep the *** account which would not make any sense as I do not have the system installed anymore. This is NOT professional and very underhanded of this Dealer. My Buyout was done 5/24/24 and the amount owed up to that day was $1504. However **************** has not returned my calls or messages and I was forced to call *** directly today to cancel the acct and was told that since they are only just getting the request today from me directly the cost is now $1800. I need to get this ****** completed sooner rather than later and retroactive back to 5/24/24 and I need *** to really look into how this shady and unprofessional Dealer is handling their business and representing the company because she is ruining ***'s reputation.

      This home was not originally equipped with an ADT system. Home was prewired for security and low voltage only. Customer signed a valid contract with ADT to provide service. At no time did customer call to complain of inactive services.

      Priority calls calls are in response to viable active customers. System was uninstalled by a predatory company. At no time did customer call to ask for service. At no point of service did she experience any inactive services until the predatory company removed her system.

      Customer voluntarily had her ********************** system removed from another provider. Vivent has  provided to customer to payoff and cancel active, viable services.
