Oct ******* I received a letter from Osmose with both osmose and ******* on the letterhead. The letter represented that they had been contracted by ******* to inspect Verizons utility poles on or near your property. They went on to state that the inspection program is designed to ensure the safety and reliability of the pole. We were unable to access the pole on your property They then requested that I contact them to schedule a date for their return visit. However, when I contacted ******* directlythey said there is no such inspection program, and they do have a working relationship with Osmose. The letter was sent by **** ********, Senior Director of ******************** and the number provided was 470-61513150I believe this to be a fraudulent letter seeking to scam residents.

Osmose has continually stolen bonus from its employees claiming they don't pay bonus for less than 40 productive hours but make you come to 8 hour safety courses that don't count towards productive they owe me over 700 dollars for this and I would tell anyone not to work for the company at its current state as ******************* is absolutely worthless and they keep making up new jobs to keep him employed. Ty ***** is a great MO and ******************* is a good supervisor other than that the company is going straight to the dumps.

On May 24th 2023, Osmose Utilities Services, *** wrongfully terminated my position and sent me threatening messages for me to leave the hotel, they provided. I left without incident and asked for the ******* to arrange a ride home as I am away from home, ******** was promised but never received and also behind this I was left stranded by the company. I've reached HR numerous of times to gain adequate transportation, but they made excuses about costs and offered a bus ticket that is nowhere near my residence,I have been reaching out everyday to see if I can get adequate transportation home, but I have been told it's nothing they can do,I have been stranded now going on 3 weeks and the company has started to ignore my calls and emails,I have also reached out to the police here and they advised me to reach out to BBB concerning their business practices.

On the morning of 08-16-2022, I heard a truck, so I looked out of my front bedroom window and saw a "OSMOSE" truck parked in the grass at *********************. which is a vacant lot. My guess is he decided to move the truck to the driveway I saw him backup and pull into the street and started backing up. The white guy was instructing him to backup. My yard has a little hill. I was frozen when I saw him on the gas and hit my fence and I heard it buckle. Years ago a tire came off a car and hit the fence on my left and bounce back and hit the end of my fence. It wasn't that big, so I had my son fold that piece to the other. My fence was still standing straight.I thought the guys was going to tell me that they were sorry for hitting my fence, instead they laughed and said my fence was already like that. If my fence was like that I would have torned it down. I told them I was going to call the police and they just smile and said go ahead. When the police arrived , the one that was driving rush to the police. Both of them lied. I file a claim with the company and received a letter dated 08-17-2022 from a *********************** of "OSMOSE" stating they are not respondable because it was pre-exting.. I thought someone would come out and see the tire marks in my yard . He baackup with force and buckle my fence, knocking all of the post loose. This is a company that is allowing their employees to damage other people property and lye about it. I WAS LOOKING AT THEM THE WHOLE TIME. I DIDN'T WANT A NEW FENCE___I WANTED MY FENCE THE WAY IT WAS>
