My two sons and I took their iPhone 14 Pro Max to the Verizon store to be paid off. The devices were handed to the store associate and he stated each phone after I paid them off would be worth $1,000 each towards them upgrading to IPhone ********************************************************************************** they didnt have the devices. I asked for him to call **** the owner of the store which he did and **** told him weve always bought iPhones from them and that they were there. After a long drawn out process in which the store associate acted distracted, He printed out paperwork that did not match what he said to us. Being mad and in a hurry, I did not rad the paperwork, let the my two sons IPhone 14 Pro Maxs and got their iPhone 16s. After a month I started getting bills from Verizon that were substantially higher than my old bill. Since we only owed 200 each on the new IPhone 16s I couldnt understand why and called the store. They said they had no records of my two sons IPhone 14 Pro Maxs being traded in and that we would be paying the full price for the two IPhone 16 pros. The store associate working the evening shift knew what he was doing as I assume he removed the phones from the store. The two IPhone 14 Pro Maxs were never found. I am getting no help from the store manager ****. Please feel free to contact me for copies of my credit card bills for the dates and purchase in question.Thank you ****** ****

I noticed on 8/21/23 that I've been charged monthly for Apple musice services through Verizon when no one ever authorized this. Verizon has stolen my money monthly for a service never received and refuse to refund me for their theft. I checked every line to cancel service and validate that no phone lines that I have ******************* available on them. Yet, Verizon continues to charge me monthly for something never purchased, requested, or received. They also sent me a iwatch without GPS when I paid and purchased one with the GPS/stand alone option. However, they never gave me what I paid for and then charged me a year for service on a device I couldn't use because it didn't have the stand alone feature that I paid for. They stole ************ services money They stole Iwatch I paid for They stole ************** fees for a year that I couldn't use They also sent me a tablet that I never requested. They are constantly stealing my money and never helping resolve any issues ever!!! I've spent at least 50 hours with them trying to resolve. I will be on the phone for 2 hours just to be told I have to go into the store. I wait in the store for an hour to be told, I have to call. Nothing gets done, I never get my money back. I miss a rediculous amount of work (I'm [paid $120/hour) on top of all the money stolen, my time at $120/hour for 50 hours has also been stolen.
