This company provided alarm monitoring for us on an annual basis up to ********** I never received a bill for the 2021 - 2022 annual period. So I called Low Voltage and had to leave a voicemail stating I wished to discontinue my service. They never returned my call and I did not receive any communication from them over the next year. We assumed they were out of business. Then on ********* I received a bill by email for the next year (********* * *********). Again I notified Low Voltage that I had discontinued my service the year before by 1) calling them and leaving a voice mail (they never returned my call). In fact I called numerous times on **** and ***** *) I sent them an email on ********* and 3) I sent a certified letter on ********* and received notification of delivery on ********** I never heard from them again until ********** when they billed me again for the prior year and the next year. Again I called and left voice messages and emailed them. Again I got no response. Another year goes by and on ********* I receive another bill by email for the last 2 years and next year. I am tired of this and my first thought was to just ignore the bill, as it may be just auto-generated by some software program. But then again, I don't want to end up in court some time down the road if/when they decide to sue me claiming they have been providing monitoring service for me all this time. Just a side note: we disconnected our alarm system 3 years ago (at the same time we discontinued the monitoring service) and do not need monitoring anymore. Can you please look into this and get Low Voltage to stop billing me? Thank you

There were some billing concerns with our buyout of the previous company. Please be assured that the account has been closed and the customer can disregard any bill received.
