On 7/7/22 I had went to get my car back from CNC , which is a 2007 ****** WRX TR. I was getting an 02 sensor and a radiator hose fixed. I specifically told the mechanic very important information regarding my vehicle, to only use BLUE coolant in my car. They have it back to me after it was overheating. I popped the hood and checked the reservoir to find out they actually used green coolant in my car which clogged the radiator. Second I have a **** access port that costs about 500$ connected to my OBDII port. They broke the connecting wire to the **** access port itself costing me nearly another 500$ for something that wasnt even supposed to be touched in the first place. Third my radio stopped working and it was working perfectly fine before I brought it up here. I have multiple phone calls with the mechanic stating all of these things. Even minutes after getting in my car I call the mechanic to ask why the wire to my **** access port is broken and he tries to find any way possible to deny that he had broken it , while for a fact I knew it worked and it wasnt broken before I brought it up there. Im willing to pull my phone records for more evidence. I come up to the shop to ask if I can have a mechanic look at it. And while the mechanic is trying to blame me for breaking my own access port that I knew I didnt break , we start getting into an argument that is all on camera and I would also want that footage too. I also want the footage of the last 3 weeks my car was there to find out exactly what they did with it and why it took so long to fix a 02 sensor and a hose. I want to *** these people and bring them to court. I want to be paid back the money I paid them to fix it, if taking them to small court isnt an option. Because they did more damage toward my car almost double what they charged me to fix it.
