    I purchased 4 tires with a 50K mile warranty from Total Appearance, the owner ***** (owner) steered me to purchase a generic name brand of tires that came with a warranty because they did not have the quality tires that I wanted for my Lexus at the time. I have been back to the location 3x due to a faulty tire, the tire is no good and there is no more fixing or repairing that can be done, I asked them to stand by their warranty and ***** continues to make up reasons as to what the warranty does not cover, which was not what I was told at purchase, infact I was told that the tires would be fixed or replaced if I had the tires rotated every 5K miles, which I have done. ***** became rude once I was admant that they stand behind the warranty and replace the tire. He told his employee to throw the damaged tire in my back seat, the employee was more of a gentleman and put the tire back in the trunk where he removed it from. I would not advise anyone to spend their money at this company as I see this is a reoccuring theme.

    Tota Appearance is refusing to honor the warranty on a product they provided and installed in my truck. The owner is trying to blackmail me into removing the bad reviews before he will honor the warranty on his product. I paid 100% for their product and install and they damaged my truck and refused to make the repairs and are now refusing to honor warranty on their product when it stopped working after 9 months of a year warranty. Their business practice is nothing but a scam. Take your money and not honor their product, not honor their workmanship, not honor the fact that you paid for a product and they are lying and stealing to not cover warranty. Nothing but a bunch of hacks!
