      If I could give this company zero Stars I would this is it I will be going to another company after this 3 months complete. I paid $78 for trash service and my trash is overflowing they always miss days but yet want to charge you a late fee if you're late. They never pick up on time yet they always send emails stating trash pickup is going to be late. Its going on the second week pick up what can we be done. My trash is overflowing and a the squirrels have literally bit through the plastic of the trash can just to get to it I'm tired of cleaning this up!! This company never answers their phone and they never return emails or messages please do something about this company FINE THEM or something

      T & R South Sanitation garbage pickup service is terrible. They miss garbage pickup collection on pickup day. They even missed 2 weeks pickup dates. **************** is bad. Hard to contact because they dont answer phone, let it go to answer service. When you do get through and inquire about service not picked up, excuse is trucks broke down. Terrible garbage pickup service company.

      This is the worst company in *******. You never know when your trash will be picked up. It was the worst adult decision I ever made. Constant route delays and please don't let a holiday come up your trash will never get picked up.

      This company needs to be shut down and business license revoked asap. If they cannot uphold their end of their contract they need to refund our money and no longer allowed to operate as a business. Its been 4 weeks since my trash has been picked up. They have excuse after excuse either their route driver experienced delays or truck trouble.

      When I first got the service just under 3 years ago it was fine. Good customer service on time trash pick up and a fair price. Not sure what happened but the all around quality absolutely ***** at this point, there have been weeks when service did not pick up and no they do not compensate the customers for their errors or lack of service. A driver damaged my can and it had not been fixed yet. Ive called multiple times over the past year and still its not fixed nor replaced. Because of this damage animals are able to get into my can and spread trash and food across my property giving me another job/task to handle. I am disabled and it takes a lot of unnecessary work for me because of something this company has done and have failed to fix the issue. Dont call into customer service it is hit or miss. Either you get the nicest person in the world or you get a ghetto acting very unprofessional female that tells you they do what they do because I havent paid my bill. I havent missed a payment and there was a miscommunication with their third party vendor. Although it was determined my bills were paid nasty and unprofessional services should never be what a customer receives when contacting any place of business for assistance. They need to do much better

      The absolute worst trash removal company in **. Poor customer service to say the least. Not trustworthy at all, refer to Yelp and ****** for reviews. They have a 1 star with over 500 reviews

      This company only cares about money. They dont come on the schedule day. The manager or owner doesnt return emails or calls. They have one lady there doing everything. They have you thinking they are taking care of everything when they arent. I still have trash from last week at my home, because theyre behind due to being on a holiday schedule. When the holiday fell on a Sunday. Im not sure why we were effected. This is horrible. My entire Neighboor who has a relationship with this company have trash sitting in their yard for nun pick up. All the other trash companies have been by to pick up their customers trash. No one has come by in two weeks.

      They never pick up trash when they suppose to. The manager of the company is always out picking up trash so you can never make a complaint or speak to him. you have to call 5 times before someone picks up the phone. They switched my bill to email and I didn't get an email saying when my bill was due. I called on 11/14 to find out why my trash hadn't been picked up and the lady told me my account was fine and the trash pick up was running late. I called today and she told me that the bill was due on 11/14, but I still haven't received a bill and the lady on 11/14 said nothing about a bill being due. Now she is stating if I pay today they can pick up next week and if I cancel it will be 15 days before they can pick up the trash cans. I tried to go with a black own business but it has been nothing but problems since I been with them. Please stay away they are not worth the headache. Now the company has blocked me from calling.

      I signed up for service in 2020 and the customer service, billing and trash pickup has been horrible since last year. There are severe route delays and trash at times has been left on the curb for over a week at a time. When adding an extra can so the trash wont spill on the street, they charge you an additional $12.00 to pick it up and it is not the customer's fault that the pickup is delayed. I have not received ANY physical bills since 2021 as well and my acct clearly states to mail the bill. I only get emails when the pickups are delayed and when my bill is past due and it wouldnt be past due IF i received it via mail as I requested. No one seems to care and the homes in my neighborhood of *********************** Subdivision and surrounding areas are too nice to have trash spilling in the streets every week and rodents being attracted to the trash. I even received an email this morning of a continuous delay in trash pickup and it had over ************************************************** the surrounding areas and that is appalling.
