    Purchased a Kylo Ren Light saber Sept 2023. We emailed a few times and last email In April 2024 he stated he was behind and will ship it. He has since stopped communicating and blocked us from messaging on ********. Never shipped the item and no communication. I need a full refund.

    i purchased a custom lightsaber from PittForcefive online on April 29th, 2023 for $819.00. i saw reviews and videos on the ******* channel and also his main page and everything seem to be legit so i went ahead and purchased the ****** *********************** lightsaber's as this was ********************* specialty customized **********************'s. On his online page Pitt force five described what the time frame was to get lightsaber ready which was 2 weeks after placing my order which was April 29th. I reached out several times after my order was placed and the 2 weeks had passed, and he responded few times but never provided ETA. All he said was that he was working on it until i notice his page disappeared and he didnt responded to emails. At this point there was no other way of communicating with him and requesting a refund.

    This company promises to ship to you a product in exchange of another AND for money on top (more specifically I paid $602.20) AND I shipped to them a product with value of over $200 and I paid for the shipping which was about $30 (all of this is in USD) this company link is here: **************************************** the product I purchased was this:*********************************************************************************************** They also have a ******* channel where they say the item you purchase is shipped the next business day after your trade in item arrives to them. Unfortunately they received the item, they charged my card, and they never shipped anything.Any email I send to them is completely ignored but they are aware of the situation since they deleted my ******* comments I made on one of their videos asking wheres my order. I was able to contact my bank and get my ($602.20) returned to me - but theyre still in the possession of the items I shipped to them. I am asking for them to return my item since if they just keep it is considered theft specially since they can sell it - even when its not theirs. I attached proof of all of my claims

    On 8/15/21, I paid $717.50 to ******************* (PittForceFive) for an electronics installation service on a prop lightsaber. I have the invoice and bank statement. The item was sent to him on 8/17/21 through ***** (I have the tracking number if needed) and he confirmed receipt on 8/20/21 via email. His website stated ***** weeks for the completion of this service. At the latest, this should have been completed by 11/12/21. Sent him an email requesting for an update on 11/27/21, 12/15/21, and 12/28/21 with no responses, using both the one listed as well as *******************************. Only after commenting on his ******* channel asking for any update about my order did he send me an email on 2/5/22 saying that he was working on it. No updates for months. Tried giving him time, asked for an update on 5/2/22 and 6/2/22. No response until 6/28/22, saying he was going to be working on that weekend. I asked for updates on 7/10/22 to no response and on 8/3/22 said this felt like a fraudulent business. On 8/5/22, he sent me an email saying your order has shipped with a **** tracking number attached. However, it had gotten to be 8/11/22 and when checking the tracking number he attached, it would show that he had not even brought the item to **** to be scanned in. I sent him an email asking for updates about this to no response. Attempted to reach out on 9/21/22 and 10/19/22 with no response. This is clearly fraud at this point. I tried to call my bank to dispute the charge, but since it has been past 120 days they cant do anything. I want to have this business charged for a full refund, in addition to the cost of what the price of the electronic prop i sent to him was ($169). It has been 14 months when this was supposed to be ***** weeks. I have attempted communicating with him numerous times to no response, with my email on 10/19 saying I would give him a week before reporting this business. No consumer should have to deal with the egregious fraud this business is.
