  When it finally came time to pay on the agreed amount for the job. The day I paid them they filed a lien on my house and gave me a fake piece and f paper saying that they waived the lien. Now here we are. They used a company from another state and have been paid for services and they still have a lien on my house. Very dishonest company and will threaten you is they don’t get what the want. Definitely DO NOT USE Matrix Mitigation in Georgia. Very difficult to work with when insurance is involved.

  Mr. *****, normally I would take a politically correct approach and apologize for not meeting the standards or experience we strive so very hard to achieve. Which if you were telling ANY truth whatsoever we would not be here today. Your family (Wife) took it upon herself, Absolutely and unsolicited at the conclusion of our work left Matrix a 5-star google review. Everything was perfect with the project UNTIL I submitted our invoice to yourself and your insurance company. At that very moment you responded and declared that our invoice WASNT your problem and to stop emailing you. You let your carrier delay, delay and delay paying Matrix the nearly 50k we were owed. I sent you numerous emails, texts and called attempting to inform you that in the State of Georgia, the law says that if not paid for services by a responsible party (THATS YOU *****, NOT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!) I have 90 Days to file the Lien. Because you didn't care to listen to those that worked so hard for you and your family to earn that 5-star review, YOU CAUSED THIS. Keep playing the "Know everything" card and telling contractors "that's not my F*^&&_% Problem" from the start and you'll get the same result. You Sir get my Zero Stars.

  If I could give this company "0" stars, I would. I will admit, they came to our house right away to begin mitigation from major water damage in our home. This was through our insurance company. They overdid the work in order to get a higher payout. Our insurance company (as well as other insurance companies) have placed them on an "insurance watch list" due to their unprofessionalism. They are even asking customers to leave a 5 star review, so they can send you a $100 amazon gift card (which is bribery). They have harrassed us non-stop in regards to paying the bill (even though this is all through our insurance company) and have refused to reach out to our insurance company for payment. They have several items listed on their bill that do not apply because they either did not use their machines or did not even do. For example, they charged a ridiculous price for their workers using N95 masks, but we only saw 1 person use them and only for an hour. They charged for using "air scrubbers" for the entire week they were at our house, but only used them 2 days. Our insurance company has notified them of these ridiculous charges and they refuse to respond to them, but then threaten us by saying they will put a lien on our house instead of responding to our insurance company. This has been an insurance claim since day one. I do NOT reccommend anyone use this company for personal or insurance claims. They have been nothing but nasty to us since the work was completed.

  ***************, Though Matrix Mitigation Services strives for fantastic relationships and customer satisfaction, nobody's perfect. 53 other families found us 5-star worthy and I'm ok with that. For better than 2 months Matrix attempted to collect on YOUR behalf the monies to satisfy our invoice and at every level you told us it wasn't your problem and to "**** Off". The lack of professionalism was present for sure, But not by myself or my Team. Your home suffered a catastrophic loss with nearly the entire home impacted and so much so that your family was moved to an Airbnb during Mitigation work so my apologies as I was unaware you brought the family back in nightly. Lastly sir, there is a significant difference between "Refuses to work with" and being taken advantage of.We continue to wish your family the best and with respect.

  Matrix showed up the next day after an evening phone call. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up my basement after a water leak. They were finished with the clean ** in 3 days. I was very pleased with their work. They are highly recommended to take care of your water mitigation needs.
