11/29-2022 Build it right owner ************************* required me to send $4878.00 through an account called square link in order to buy supplies to rebuild our interior stairways to code. 12/9/2022 ************************* brought a helper and took measurements and asked for $2000. to bring his crew.12/13/2022 crew arrived and took out entire stairway between stairs.12/16/2022 crew arrived and did framing of a closet under proposed stairway. Requested $3000. More to keep working.2/9/2023 after many texts and calls ************************* finally roughed in stairs so we didnt have to go outdoors to go between floors.2/17/2023 sent 3 men to work but stair height not to code so they had to cut into ceiling but stairs still not to code.2/23/2023 last time anyone came to work. Worked half a day.2/28/2023 texted and called no response. 3/1/2023 same 3/2/2023 ditto 3/19/2023 same 3/22/2023 finally answered and said he will come by to discuss problems. Never happened.Calls and texts never answered after that.5/29/2023 I used a different phone number to reach him and he answered. Promised to reimburse for the material $3500.00 on Wednesday May 31, 2023. This never occurred and he is still not responding to texts or calls. We hired a new contractor who had to tear out most of the work because it wasnt to code. Almost $10,000. into the project and the only thing Build It Right accomplished is a closet and some electrical which I am more than happy to credit him for when an independent contractor confirms its value.
