We had the worst customer service in the world from this company. We shipped $29,508.57 worth of freight charges with them. A total of 30 shipments, and they kept telling me that my payments had yet to clear. They couldn't confirm anything correctly. They were asking ** questions about their accounting. We were sending payments to Boost Transport ****************************************************************************** We could see the payments had cleared. However, they were refusing to confirm that they received payments. We did a total of 30 shipments with Boost and asked them to confirm what was paid and what was missing, and they might confirm one paymentthe worst service of my life. This went back and forth for weeks to get our payments resolved. In the end, they were able to confirm that they received the payments after I put them in touch with ****************. They never said sorry and closed my account, saying I was unprofessional because they couldn't confirm where the missing $29,508.57 was.Business Response

My name is ********************* and I am the President of Boost Transport LLC. ****************** has filed a complaint with the BBB regarding Advertising Issues and this complaint is completely fraudulent. Boost Transport has a partnership with a Transportation Management System (TMS) that supplies discounted rates to ****************** We are a new vendor in this system, and we have been working with our partner over the past few months to get our QuickBooks linked with the **** During this time ****************** was calling our office and asking our CFO if payments had cleared and we answered him with professionalism each time. The issue that ***************** had was that his TMS which we had no control of until the integration was complete was that his payments were not reflecting within his system. We provided statements showing ****************** that his payments had cleared, and he was in good standing with us. On October 20th ****************** made inappropriate comments to one of our employees about another employee. At this time, we decided to deactivate his account to prevent him from doing future business with us. He is correct in saying we never said sorry for closing his account because of the unprofessionalism and his choice of language toward our female employees. I have reached out to him and asked him to validate his claim and we have received nothing. We have been in business since 2009 and have over **** customers nationwide and we have a meticulous reputation for customer service and professionalism. In his last email he stated he was going to look into how to remove the complaint with the BBB. I am going to attach multiple email chains between ****************** and Boost Transport showing we were courteous and professional with him the entire time we did business with him.

Again, I am going to take the high road and walk away from this. This is not worth the fight, and we don't have any way to reach an amicable resolution because, really, I was looking for an apology and the ability to move forward. But that seems to be out of your reach. I need to point out that this is between Boost and myself. Asking for 3PL to get involved shows a childish mentality, as this doesn't concern them. It was your company that failed to support your customer. Not 3PL.
As for the ******************** complaint, we both know you don't have any legal action for me filing a complaint. That is a blanket threat that shows the level you are at. I will look into how to remove a complaint with the BBB. I have never left a negative for a company before, so I don't know exactly how that works.

I am fully aware of what has transpired over the past few weeks between you and my team. I have read every email and am trying to figure out when you were told payments had not cleared. In your complaint you stated that you were told your payments had yet to clear. I would love for you to send me a copy of the email where we stated that we had not received any of your payments. My CFO has forwarded me all of your email correspondence and I do not see where this was stated. I have attached a copy of the email accounting sent stating what we had received so far from Get Along Logistics. We sent you statements of your account and we did verbally let you know our QB was not linked to 3PL at that time. We never refused to confirm that your payments were received but they did not show in 3PL systems at the time because our QB was not linked. Making false statements to the BBB could force us to take legal actions with the FTC. We are giving you the opportunity to withdraw the false complaint with the BBB before we take legal action.

I am rejecting this response because: The reply is out of context. the only reason boost figured out that I made the payments is because I called in and walked them through how to mark them as paid. If they are going to integrate with a TMS you should have your processes figured out and tell people when over 30k was paid and reflecting as not paid. Know what you are doing before you waist my time.

Please dismiss this claim. Boost Transport provides rates to a Transportation Management Software (***) company that sells its software to small companies like ********************** company. ********************** issue is that the *** was not showing that Boost received his payments. When ****************** brought this to our attention, we told him his payments had cleared and we would notify the *** provider that his payments were not showing cleared in their system. Our IT and the *** company IT got together and rectified the issue shortly after ****************** brought this to our attention. ****************** was rude and made inappropriate comments toward our female employees. We were nothing but professional with him and please have him send you any email that reflects unprofessionalism on our side. Due to his poor choice of language, we would not allow him to purchase transportation rates through his system and this is nothing but revenge. Thanks
