    They keep sending product that I have told them I no longer want. They send a thirty day supply every two weeks and charge me $59.99 every time. I have sent them back with the words return, refused, cancel order. I have emailed them to stop the subscription, but they keep sending the product.

    We are in receipt of ***. *****'s complaint and have taken time to review her history of purchases with our company. Upon initial review, ***. ***** is being very dishonest or is very confused, as her total charges from our company, over the last 3 months, only total an estimated $***. Upon further review, we can confirm that she ordered two different monthly subscriptions (One on October *, 2025 and another on October **, 2025) of our ****** *** ******* at ***************************** . Per **** tracking numbers, all orders were successfully delivered to her. In addition, we track all communication digitally and her first contact to our company to cancel her subscriptions was on December **, 2024. Per her request, both of her subscriptions were cancelled. As you will find, upon reviewing our order website, our terms are very clear and visible, along with our contact information, and information regarding process to request a refund or an RMA#. A customer cannot simply ship a product back without an RMA#, as there is no way for us to know if it was received nor does this provide a way for us to track the return. MOST IMPORTANT: We have called her,. upon her filing this complaint, and left her a message with a direct phone number to contact us. As of today, she has failed to return our phone call.

    I would like to end my subscription to my fruit & veggies gummies . I can't get a hold of them by phone or E-mail to stop the subscription and they keep charging my ****** account
