    I received services from this business last summer. The gentleman worked on my HVAC unit and replaced a part on the system. The very next day my HVAC began working improperly, making loud noises and leaking freon. I asked the guy to come back and take a look at the work because I was concerned about them improperly fixing it. He scheduled to come back the next day. The next day came and he was a no-show. I contacted him asking for another show up date which was two days later and he never came back. I contacted him to inquire about the no-show and he did not ************ my HVAC system has to be completely replaced due to faulty work. The business was contacted about the issue but to no avail. His only response to my concern was "have a good day"

    Customer call me back a year later to schedule an appointment . Then said we didnt respond back last year after we did a repair . Why would u call me a year later to do a new call. And then she said she was unhappy about service last year. Now she says we mess up her unit a year later..

    I am rejecting this response because: the business is disregarding my attempts to get him to return after improper repair to my HVAC. Last year I reached out to him multiple times to get him to rerun but to no avail. I eventually gave up contacting him because he was unresponsive. Now that the system has failed, I have reached out to other companies for help. During my search for other companies, I found his business again which I reached out again to explain his poor customer service. He has since then deleted our message thread in order to cover that fact that I had reached out to him multiple times to resolve the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because: regardless of how long ago this happened the fact of the matter is still the same. You all did a terrible job servicing my HVAC and I am now having to deal with the consequences. The system has been showing issues since you all last serviced it and you all still NEGLECTED to come back and fix it. Address that part!!
