    They have destroyed my property on several occasions. Both of the drivers were rude, and aggressive. The business, itself, would not acknowledge my complaint, OR accept my public records request

    Great company. Allways on time to pick up the trash. Much better rates than the previous company that I was using.

    This company is horrible! They do not return phone calls nor answer the phone except the first time you call them to setup service. They were to start picking up my trash the first week in February 2022 after my 14 years with another company ended service which I loved them they just no longer serviced my area any longer. This company was to bring me out a can end of January 2022 never did. I called and left a message when was it coming and no response. My old service agreed to let me use theirs until I got one from PWD. So on trash pick up day, they never showed. I called to ask why and no answer. Left a message no return phone call. So I left another message that I did not want their service to cancel and no return call once again. I got another garbage service and the following week PWD came by to pick up my trash. Well guess what? It wasn't out there because I had gone with another trash pickup service. I have been continued to be billed $90 by this company after I have repeatedly left messages that I cancelled my service which they never even serviced my trash pick up to begin with!!!! Do not use this company. They are a family owed business and I support our local businesses but this one absolutely a "NO" poor customer service and no service either.
