    I found this company on marketplace when I was looking to buy a shipping container home and this company contacted me via email and I put a $50,000 down payment and signed a contract for a modular home on October 17th 2024 with promises of a quick delivery of my home that was said to be " ready to go" as weeks past I not only never had anyone physically come to my property or even put in for a building permit. I sent email and text to Mr. ******** ******* ( Blueprint Containers owner) with. Only broken promises of my permit being filed then started getting nasty emails from a man called ***** Ruggano who said he was part owner of ******************** . He claimed I was harassing him and Mr ******* and ultimately said he was going to refund my money He continued to threaten me in emails and I have been told my refund was going to be wired to me then a check is in the mail and still nothing only now I'm told a check will be mailed out on Tuesday of next week. Buyers should beware of this company! And if any doubts I have every email and every text since I've been speaking with this company for proof. If necessary or needed by the BBB

    ******** called me up and stated that she wants to buy a modular home. I sold her a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for 100k. In our signed contract she agreed to pay a deposit of 50k down payment and we agreed to take the remaining balance when we deliver the house. In our contract it stated that with permits and to build the house it will take 4-9 months.  After the first week ******** constantly harassed me about her permits and was complaining about her current living situation didnt have heat in her camper and she needed her house now. I constantly told her that her project is going to take time. She didnt want to wait. So the manufacturer decided to give her a refund for her deposit of 50k. All refunds are issued through our legal department and with it being the holidays her check is taking longer than we expected to get to her. She will surely be issued a refund. This is ******** third modular manufacture company that she has been harassing. Everybody gave her a deposit back to her and we will also do the same.

    I am rejecting this response because: It is untrue in it's entirety. False statements 

    I would love to see the proof of all accused of .

    I was told my home was "ready to go"  and in the contract it states I will receive my home no more than 45 days after permitting.

    When inquiring about the permitting I was continuously lied to and then accused of harassing because no one would tell me the truth. Then finally I was told I would be getting a refund via wire,then check ,then check was in the mail and now more excuses.

    This is a breach of contract on your part not mine and I want my refund.

    I I have complete documentation of every email every text and every document

    So instead of stating false statements about me which are untrue why not just give me my refund back like you claim you're going to do The holidays are way over there's no reason or no excuse at this point.
