    My child has been going to speech here. I have stated on multiple occasions which I have the emails for that he would not be attending a zoom therapy session as it would not be helpful. they still scheduled him for two different ones & put them in the system as no call/no shows. He missed this appointment today because his father has been admitted into ICU. they now said he would be dishcharged. explain to me how a family emergency. a life or death situation regarding his father is going to count against him for missing this one appointment? As far as the zoom sessions I’ve already said he would not be able to do zoom so how does that count against him? This is ridiculous & extremely heartless

    We have tried multiple times to contact this Complainant since this complaint was made.  We have left two voice messages requesting call back so that we could be helpful.  The complainant has never responded.  We cannot comment further on matters of medical treatment.
